How long does booking usually take?
Your tour booking will be confirmed a few minutes after payment.
Do I need to go to your address to start the trip?
No, you absolutely do not need to come to our physical address. The delivery service will pick you up at the scheduled time.
Can I cancel or exchange a tours?
Yes, you can change or cancel the tour free of charge up to 24 hours before the trip starts. If you cancel 2 hours before the trip, you will be charged 50% of the price. After that time, you cannot cancel.
